  Mary Chavez Rudolph, Ph.D  
  Owner, Education Specialist  
  Dr. Chavez has spent the majority of her professional career in higher education – 15 years with the University of Colorado. The past six years Dr. Chavez has specialized in organizational conflict and collaboration working as an internal consultant to assist and coach constituents. Dr. Chavez facilitates strategic planning meetings and other meetings for groups experiencing change and conflict. She has a doctorate in Education with a focus on organizational leadership and innovation. She has taught courses and workshops on leadership, conflict management, and collaboration.  
 
 
  Scott Hall, MCSE, MCSA  
  Owner, Technology Services  
  Scott Hall brings three important areas together for our non-profit partner needs - technology, media and business. Scott directs all JMS technologies delivering expertise to the everyday and custom needs of each organization. Scott's previous experience in broadcast media and education in business and organization management is a great combination to provide guidance for the member-based organization seeking growth and exposure. Scott is the Executive Director of the Community Associations Institute Rocky Mountain Chapter, directly manages the UpFront Mortgage Brokers Association and the Colorado Art Education Association. Scott holds Microsoft's MCSE, MCSA and MCP certifications.  
 
 
 
Josie Chavez Griffith
 
  Owner, Membership Services  
 
Josie Chavez Griffith has over twenty-five years of administration experience. She has worked twenty years as a paralegal and law office administrator in the Denver area, in addition to five years of experience in association managment.  Josie works on business development and provides meeting planning and administrative support for multiple clients.  
 
 
  Steve Conklin, M.S. Ed  
  Marketing Director  
  Steve has 10 years marketing/promotion experience in broadcasting, 10 years in Higher Education Administration (including teaching) and 20 years management experience with responsibilities ranging from small staff groups to supervising a department of over 300 employees. Steve has extensive experience planning events big and small, and has served on conference committees for state, regional and national conferences. Steve manages the marketing efforts of multiple clients and handles the overall association efforts of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the Broadcast Professionals of Colorado. Steve has a Bachelors degree in Arts and Humanities from Colorado State University and a Masters degree in Education (Higher Education Administration) from Iowa State University.  
 
 
  Todd Armstrong  
  Web Designer and Programmer  
  Todd Armstrong has been designing and programming web sites for over 13 years. Todd is a highly motivated, detail oriented, professional individual, specializing in creating an interactive online experience that users enjoy. He has vast experience in front end UI, back end programming, usability, SEO and the latest web 2.0 technology. Todd has a passion for programming and can orchestrate complex solutions from beginning to completion. He has developed online software applications for a single user as well as applications that thousands of people use every day.  
 
 
  Key Alliances  
  Although many of the resources that JMS provides are in-house services, we have alliances with outside professionals for specialized services. Some key alliances include legal resources that specialize in association and nonprofit organization law; management consulting firms focused on helping nonprofit organizations effectively address strategic issues; auditing and investment services; printing resources for promotional brochures, journals and newsletters; and insurance companies that specialize in working with associations.
