Dr. Chavez has spent the majority of her professional career in higher education – 15 years with the University of Colorado. The past six years Dr. Chavez has specialized in organizational conflict and collaboration working as an internal consultant to assist and coach constituents. Dr. Chavez facilitates strategic planning meetings and other meetings for groups experiencing change and conflict. She has a doctorate in Education with a focus on organizational leadership and innovation. She has taught courses and workshops on leadership, conflict management, and collaboration. |

Scott Hall brings a wealth of experience to JMS in three primary areas: technology, media and business skills. Prior to founding JMS with Mary and Josie, Scott worked more than twenty years in almost every aspect of commercial broadcast media. His most recent ten years as the technology director and technology manager for a $40m/year radio group in the Denver market. Scott directly maintains and develops all JMS technologies as well as custom solutions for its clients. Scott holds Microsoft's MCSE, MCSA and MCP certifications and holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in Boulder. |

Josie Griffith has over twenty years of administration experience. She has worked as a paralegal and law office administrator in addition to three years of experience in association management. Josie is the JMS Office Manager and she is in charge of business development. She provides meeting planning and administrative support for multiple clients. |

Steve has 10 years marketing/promotion experience in broadcasting, 10 years in Higher Education Administration (including teaching) and 20 years management experience with responsibilities ranging from small staff groups to supervising a department of over 300 employees. Steve has extensive experience planning events big and small, and has served on conference committees for state, regional and national conferences.
He has a Bachelors degree in Arts and Humanities from Colorado State University and a Masters degree in Education (Higher Education Administration) from Iowa State University. |

Rachelle enjoys working on large projects and is comfortable in the role as a project manager. She assists the JMS Account Executives in all aspects of client accounts. |

Todd is a highly motivated, detail oriented, professional individual, specializing in creating an interactive online experience that users enjoy. He has vast experience in front end UI, back end programming, usability, SEO and the latest web 2.0 technology. Todd has a passion for programming and can orchestrate complex solutions from beginning to completion. He has developed online software applications for a single user as well as applications that thousands of people use every day. |
